Skinmed Doctors (SD) is a Swiss premium skincare brand born from the renowned skinmed clinic group.

Rooted in medical expertise and Swiss precision, SD aims to bridge clinical credibility with luxury skincare aesthetics. After a soft launch phase, we are now preparing a complete strategic relaunch – transforming SD into an independent, digitally driven brand with global potential.

CO-FOUNDER / MANAGING DIRECTOR (SKINCARE BRAND RELAUNCH) (f/m/d)  80 – 100%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and execute the brand relaunch strategy – from positioning and product storytelling to go-to-market and sales channels.
• Build and lead a lean, high-performance team (marketing, creative, digital, distribution)
• Own the P&L and drive profitable growth across DACH, Europe, and Asia.
• Expand international distribution (premium retail, online, and professional channels)
• Develop strong partnerships with labs, suppliers, distributors, and investors.
• Act as the face of the brand – ambassadorial presence in the skincare and beauty ecosystem

IDEAL PROFILE:

• Proven track record in building or scaling a premium skincare or beauty brand (ideally with international exposure)
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with uncertainty, ownership, and speed.
• Strong network in the European and worldwide skincare industry
• Expertise across brand strategy, digital growth, and commercial partnerships.
• Fluent in English (German or French a plus)
• Visionary yet execution-driven – a doer, not a delegator
